The heart of the Ecolodge is the “lounge about” area which is pure Bedouin style of low tables, cushions and rugs where you can spend for ever talking about the diving, making new friends, having a drink, playing cards, reading your book and chilling out. Very informal place. Alongside is the camp's dining area for relaxed meals; you know dinner is on it’s way when one of the staff bakes the bread local style on the open fire (if you weren’t hungry before, the smell of fresh bread really gets the juices flowing). Meals can also be taken on the beach from the diving centre's kitchen and enjoyed overlooking a tranquil sea.
For those seeking their own space or romantic moments we have several cushioned out hollowings, exceedingly popular in the late evenings for star gazing….. the silence can be deafening. |
Accommodation is either bungalows or huts, less than 30 in total. The bungalows are twin or, if needed, triple bedded with occasional seating and a private on suite with toilet, washbasin and shower. The huts are twin bedded and use communal bathroom facilities which are close by.. the huts are a definite attraction for the frustrated ranger scouts. Our Ecolodge team housekeep for you every day to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
